<p>The rules of the conference provide for the publication of reports (plenary and sectional 7-12 pages) registered in the RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index), as well as scientific articles in English (4-5 pages) registered in the IEEE (Scopus).</p>
<p>The presentation is mandatory for all participants of the conference. Submission of articles in English to the IEEE (Scopus) is on a competitive basis.</p>
